Our goal is the promotion of wellness and protection of the health and safety of you and your family.

Attainment of our goal will be accomplished through the joint efforts of health professionals, health care facilities, schools, local and state officials and most importantly, you, the citizens of Calhoun County. To request a copy of the complaint form, call (866) 632-9992. Submit your completed form or letter to USDA by:
